You can compare it against the old version if you want, you will notice I have drawn a new face, fixed her neck to look less doll like and added some extra glow effects to the pattern across her body. I have also made color alterations to her body as a whole.
The reason for the update? I felt I needed to fix some things because at the time I rushed the image.

She is standing near the know it all bros house, recognise the hole where you go to get the Kokiri sword. Picture Link entering through the entrance hole thing (oh and at this point, just to add to the cuteness, Link doesnt see her yet and i picture some Kokiri's shouting 'Links come back!') I know im going into a lot of unneccesasary detail but...(look i actually did a background!) i like this pic, i though it was cute =^^= what do you all think?Rachel

i painted this today because I was bored out of my mind and sick of doing all my art with the computer. i've wanted to do Link's head at this angle for quite some time. i think it makes him look so sleek. i've been on a link/marin kick latley. in this painting, i didn't want either of their eyes to be showing, it should be more impressionistic. i am quite fond of this, especially Marin's hair. I didn't use any references so please don't harass me about clothing. I wanted to draw Link with all his clothes on, but i was having a horrible time with his shirt, so i decided to leave it out. He is supposed to be in those little white tights he wears, having just finished a swim. yes, i know he doesn't wear them in LA and his hair is different... deal with it. XPcerasly

BHchallenge.gifBH's challenge1282 viewswell, BH challenged us to color his outline of the Gilded Sword, and two people have already done so. So I thought to myself "With competition like this, what's the best way to compete? work outside the rules!" so rather than coloring the sword like BH asked us to, i modelled it in Q2Modeller, my 3d modeller of choice. the sword is extremely rough-hewn, because each and every vertex and triangle was done by hand. if i get some positive reception, i'll up the vertex count and skin it.Koroks Rock

I like to think of a stalfos as more of a spirit or demon, that posesses the bones and courpses of the dead. Because the stafols would require the bones, limbs and weapons only for battle, It could assemble itesf from a variety of things, in a variety of shapes (someimes even adding extra limbs if need be). The only way to kill it would be to cut off its head and smash the skull, where the spirit resides in the body. Merely taking a limb off, while effective, would not keep the stalfos off for long, for it could regenerate itself with the same bones, or different bones altogether. This pic originally had three arms, to show of its abilities, but I felt it looked to corny in the pose he was in, so I lopped it off for now.Braxis

It's TP Link, holding the orginal Link from waaay back in '86. Yeah, "What the hell" is the first this I thought when I saw that old production art.
As for the chocolate milk carziness, well, if you're a Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends fan, you may recognize it. That was one wacky episode.
And as for the actualy drawing quality, I know TP Link's arms are screwy. I was to lazy to obssess over proper proportions, I just wanted this brainwave outta my head and onto paper.
Oh, and that swirly stuff is in background is another brush. From the same place I couldn't remember for my Bubbly pic. But I do remeber that I got the font from BlamBot.com. It's called Agent Orange. BlamBot fonts have to coolest names. thepbjninja
